Same as last comment, I got to this game from Reddit while looking to cope after finishing Chants of Sennaar. And I'm glad I did end up here, this was indeed as good an experience. Thank you for that!

I wonder, do you have any interest in linguistics and/or semiotics for doing a game like this?

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it.

After making the game I definitely became more interested in the topic, but I'm not an expert by any means lol. I'm 100% sure I would love Chants of Sennaar and the many others that come to mind though.

I made an itch.io account just to comment that I loved this game so so much! Somebody mentioned this game on Reddit when reaching for games like Chants of Sennaar, and this was the best recommendation. Tysm!!!

Just finished playing, and I absolutely loved it! Fantastic job. My only complaint is that it wasn't longer ;)

Thanks! glad you enjoyed :)

Each time I launched the game, it opened in a smaller window, and it kept shrinking every time. Currently it's 521×330 and stopped shrinking, but now it's completely unplayable.

that's an odd bug, reinstalling might work. are you able to resize the window?

Reinstalling didn't help, the window is as tiny as it was before the uninstallation. Resizing the window is not possible. I'm pretty sure the bug might be related to the fact that my screen is HiDPI.

I found a workaround of nuking the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\LemonJuice\Cypher key in the registry. Here's what was there before deletion:
